Terms of Service
The working terms for diagnostics, data engineering, automation, integrations, support, website use, and communications with Raypi.
Scope
Raypi provides technical advisory, AI and data diagnostics, data engineering, automation, AI agents, integrations, and related support. A signed proposal or statement of work controls any signed engagement.
No guaranteed outcome
The service is designed to reduce uncertainty through measurement and delivery discipline. It does not guarantee ranking changes, model accuracy, adoption targets, process targets, or internal approval.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate context, lawful access to systems and data, an internal owner, timely feedback, and any required approvals from legal, security, privacy, or internal review teams.
Confidentiality
Confidential information shared for diagnostic or build work is handled according to the signed agreement or NDA. Public proof is published only when permitted or clearly anonymized.
Work product and IP
Usage rights for deliverables, code, documentation, models, or templates are defined in the signed proposal. Pre-existing Raypi methods, templates, and know-how remain Raypi property unless agreed otherwise.
Governing law
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, Raypi operates from Brazil and disputes are handled under the jurisdiction agreed in the signed engagement.
